Kemo IPTV on MAG Box: Easy Setup Guide
MAG boxes (MAG 322, 324, 424, 524 and similar) use a portal address instead of an app. Send us the box's MAC address, we link it to your Kemo IPTV account, and you type the portal URL into the box's system settings. After a restart, the channels appear in a familiar TV-style menu.

How do I install Kemo IPTV on MAG box?
Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your Kemo IPTV welcome email open on your phone — you'll copy your details from it in step 2. Each step names the exact menu, so you can follow along on the screen.

Find the MAC address
Look at the sticker under the box: the MAC address starts with 00:1A:79. You can also find it in Settings → System information.

Send it to us
Include the MAC address in your order notes or send it on WhatsApp. We link it to your account and reply with your portal URL.

Open the portal settings
On the MAG remote press SETUP (or go to Settings) → System settings → Servers → Portals.

Enter the portal
Set Portal 1 name to 'Kemo IPTV' and Portal 1 URL to the address we sent you, exactly as written. Press OK to save.

Restart the portal
Go back and choose Reboot portal (or unplug the box for ten seconds). The Kemo IPTV menu loads with TV, Films and Series.
Kemo IPTV not working on MAG box? Try these fixes

'STB blocked' or 'Authentication failed'
The MAC address in our system doesn't match the box. Send a clear photo of the sticker and we will correct it.
Stuck on 'Loading portal'
Check the URL ends exactly as sent (often with /c/). Then go to Settings → Network → Wired (Ethernet) → Auto (DHCP) and reboot.
Time and guide are wrong
Set System settings → Servers → General → NTP server to pool.ntp.org and choose your time zone, e.g. Europe/London.
Tips for the best picture on MAG box
- MAG boxes are designed for Ethernet — always use a cable if you can.
- Update the firmware from Settings → Software update if the menu feels slow.
- Keep your MAC address safe: anyone with it and the portal URL could try to use your line.
