These terms apply when you use kemoiptv.lol or buy a Kemo IPTV subscription from us. By placing an order or requesting a free trial, you agree to them.

1. The service

Kemo IPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand films and series over the internet, for viewing on compatible devices through third-party player apps. We do not produce the content we carry, and channel line-ups may change from time to time without notice.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are calculated on our server at the time of your order.
After you order, we email you a secure payment link. Your subscription starts when payment is confirmed and your login is sent.
Each package lasts for the number of months you selected, starting from activation. There is no minimum contract and packages do not renew automatically unless you choose to renew.

3. Free trial

The free trial lasts 24 hours on one screen and is intended to let you test the service. We may decline trial requests that look automated, duplicated or abusive.

4. Screens and fair use

Your package allows the number of simultaneous screens (connections) you chose, up to 5. You may install the service on more devices, but only that many may stream at the same time. Reselling or publicly sharing your login is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

5. Your responsibilities

You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection.
You're responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live, and for holding any licence required to watch live TV in your country (in the UK, a TV Licence).
Keep your login details private.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 7 days from activation to request one if we can't fix a problem.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running around the clock but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability of every channel. Planned maintenance and issues outside our control (such as your internet provider) can affect viewing.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current package. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
