Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Kemo IPTV Online ("we", "us") collects through kemoiptv.lol, why we collect it and what rights you have. It is written to follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to supply and support your subscription:
- When you order: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, country, main device, the package you chose and any notes you add.
- When you request a free trial: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country and device.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Technical data: your IP address is recorded with each form submission to prevent abuse and spam. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are made on the secure payment page linked in your order email, run by the payment provider, which has its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To process your order, send your payment link and login, and activate your service (performance of a contract).
- To send your free-trial login and reply to your messages (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse of our forms (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Email provider — to deliver order, trial and contact emails.
- Our order-management system — a copy of each checkout order (name, email, phone, country, notes, package and amount) is stored in our central order dashboard so our team can process it.
- Payment provider — only when you choose to pay through the link we send.
- WhatsApp / Telegram — if you choose to message us there, those services process your messages under their own policies.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for up to six years afterwards for accounting purposes. Trial and contact messages are kept for up to twelve months unless they become part of an order.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the checkout does not store anything in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
