Kemo IPTV on Formuler Z Series: Easy Setup Guide
Formuler boxes such as the Z11 Pro Max and Z10 Pro use the built-in MYTVOnline app. You can add Kemo IPTV either as a MAC-based portal — send us the MAC shown in the app — or as an Xtream/M3U playlist on recent MYTVOnline versions. Both give the full TV guide and catch-up.

How do I install Kemo IPTV on Formuler?
Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your Kemo IPTV welcome email open on your phone — you'll copy your details from it in step 3. Each step names the exact menu, so you can follow along on the screen.

Open MYTVOnline
From the Formuler home screen open MYTVOnline 3 (or MYTVOnline 2 on older firmware).

Note the MAC
On the 'Add Portal' screen the box shows its MAC address (starting 00:1A:78). Send it to us on WhatsApp if you want the portal method.

Add the portal or playlist
Portal method: choose Add Portal, name it 'Kemo IPTV' and enter the portal URL we send. Playlist method: choose the Xtream/M3U option in MYTVOnline 3 and enter your server, username and password.

Connect
Select Connect. MYTVOnline downloads channels, the guide and the on-demand library.

Personalise
Press the Menu button to hide groups, reorder favourites and set the guide to Europe/London time.
Kemo IPTV not working on Formuler? Try these fixes
These are the problems we see most often on Formuler Z Series, with the fix that usually solves each one. If none of them helps, message us with a photo of the error and your order or trial email.
'Portal not available'
Usually a MAC mismatch or a typo in the URL. Double-check, and send us a photo of the screen.
Catch-up arrow missing
Catch-up only shows on channels that support it. Look for the clock icon next to the channel in the guide.
Updates are stuck
Go to Settings → About → System Update; Formuler firmware updates often fix playback issues.
